It was my dream to build a house in my hometown and gift it to my parents for a long time. But building a new house is not as easy as buying an already constructed property. It takes lot of time in deciding the location, validating the perimeter of the plot, finding a builder and choosing quality materials to build the house.

My mother like designers tiles for her kitchen. So I decided to search for a quality tiles available in the market. Also my father is inclined to have wooden flooring for his room and a wooden sofa to relax, to read newspaper and to watch television. Just now I realized that I have to learn more about the different type of tiles and flooring design and techniques available in the market. And choose the best one which is within my affordable capacity also. After doing a lot of research I found out best available tiles in the market.

Finally my dream came true. But it took nearly seven months to finish the basement and took around 3 months for laying tiles and wooden floors. Now I am done with a one of my uncompleted mission, I feel much relaxed and happy off course.

In my last post I was discussing about constructing a new house in my native. So there is lot of things to look for before starting with the construction work. Since winter is very severe and extreme in my place, I was planning to make a wooden floor and carpet flooring over that. So we could make use of the carpet flooring in winter and can be removed if not required in the summer. Since Eugene is popular for carpets. I started to look for different carpet store in Eugene. Finally I found a vendor and got a reasonable price. I was shocked to see lot of patterns and design of carpets available in the stores. I haven’t seen such a thing before elsewhere. Also must of them are affordable by everyone.It was really every great to see all such rare collection in one place. It made my work very easy.

Also there is many designers tiles available over there. I choose all the materials I needed to buy for my house there at reasonable price. Finally the construction work has started in the full swing. Hope I would be sleeping in the carpet by this time after 10 months. It is really a cool and happy experience in building a house of our own desire with all the stuffs chosen by us. I really enjoyed doing home decoration by myself. It was a great experience too.

The game starts with a story line wherein you start your life as a small clown fish like the one you would have seen in Finding Nemo movie. So you start in some far away waters and all you have to do is just eat and eat. You can eat all smaller fishes and should avoid swimming near bigger fishes.

There are multiple bonus point options, pearls in the ocean floor and magic fishes to make your game even more interesting. As you progress, you move through different ocean waters, and swim among variety of fishes. The game has infinite variety of fishes around which will keep you amazed in each and every round you play. And then the story line, which I mentioned before.

You actually swim across in search of a bigger mysterious fish. As you progress levels, sharks and other bigger fishes makes your task almost impossible to keep you off from revealing the mysterious fish. But if you have smart reflexes and fast mouse actions, you can just pull through. Try the game and let me know.

Many might haven’t played this game in recent past or haven’t heard of Contra. But this game was one of my favorite games during my school days. Contra is the multi-player action game. It was fun playing that game with my brother. Though contra’s graphics cannot be compared to games of recent days, it has a decent graphics.

The player carries a gun with unlimited ammo and he can fire in eight different directions. When we play double player game, the beautiful of the game is that both players should go in same phase; otherwise the one player falling back will get killed. So it was much thrilling can you try to cross the bridge which will start to fall apart when we lay a step on it.

There is some powers like ‘L’, ‘F’,’S’ and ‘M’. On taking this power we get a different gun as the letter suggest Laser gun, Sub machine gun, machine gun likewise. Each gun has its own power for instance the laser gun can be used to break the rocks rolling or falling over us. At the end of each stage we will have a giant machinery to destroy.

Overall the Contra is an awesome game with decent graphics and game play. But still it is one of my favorite games.

After finishing my Masters I have plans of starting my own firm. I had lot of innovative business solution for common problem. But setting up the firm is not a simple process and advisable for a guy who has just now graduated out of the college with no prior experience in this field.

As I stepped out the college recently, I don’t have proper credit proof to get a Personal Loans. But I had a strong belief that this is not a major problem for me. Every problem has a solution. Finally I managed to get a personal loan by explaining the innovative ideas to the concerned people.

But the process of taking a personal loan was bit easy. The degree which I perused and the confidence made the process clear. Now it had been one year since I have started the company. I have managed to repay the loan which I got. And I am happy that all of my dreams came true.

I have a general advice for everyone who is chasing behind their dreams. Don’t ever put a end to your passion since it is beyond your financial capacity. A little risk taken by taking a personal loan can make you live the life which you have dreamt for. All the best for your future endeavors.

After I completed my Masters in Wilmington University. I also got a job in the Wilmington, NC.I work as Software Engineer in a reputed company over there. Since I am not sure of how long I am going to live in that place. I decided to rent a house after serious thoughts.

Since there are numbers of fake agents misleading us to some bogus property nowadays. Also I didn’t have much time to spend in finding a house for me because my work kept me busy. So I decided to surf into information available on internet. So I read an article about Wilmington NC real estate on the internet.So after few days of search, I found lot of rental properties of my interest listed. Apart of my busy work hours I engaged myself in searching a house for me. Also my colleague was looking out for a house. So we decided to share our living space and started searching house which commutes both of us. After a few days we finally found a house with calm and silent surroundings.

After few years from now I think I how to repeat the same process again but that time I will look to buy a home hopefully.

I still remember last summer when we celebrated our anniversary in DC. It has been 5 years since we are married and we wanted to celebrate in a big way. So I took Melissa to a famous jewelry shop in the city and we started looking into our options. Melissa always wanted a platinum ring with the letter M marked over it. At the end of the day I was still happy that I made the anniversary big by getting her something great gift. After all that is what matters.

I know you will say its just another tycoon game looking at the name. But it is not. It is more than that. Zoo Tycoon has way too many features to attract strategy game lovers too. The aim of the game is to establish a thriving zoo with lots of diverse animals, creating the right environment for them to live on, to keep the guests happy and to manage your workers.

It gets so interesting as your zoo gets new animals for display and their need increases. You will surely end up spending lot of money into their living space, food and making them happy. For example, the large African elephant stays happy with a toy near. Lions remain happy if you install a den with parched stones like the one you find the African terrain. There are lots of minute details like this which will surely increase your gaming experience. I was so happy to get snow land set up for my polar bear in one of my recent games.

Game Play is about bunch of featherless multi-colored birds trying to retrieve their eggs from the green pigs.
